Centered and Balanced Design
The positioning mechanism boasts pre-loaded leadscrews and precision ball slides in each axis. The clever H-Frame design assures consistent support and stability over the entire 14" x 10" dispense range.
Your Part Stays Stationary
Unlike lesser systems, only the dispense valve moves from overhead. Your product and tooling remain fixed.
A Logical Design
All mechanics and electronics are located above the dispense plane. This eliminates potential damage should a fluid spill. Parts may be loaded from top, sides or front.
Vector Velocity Control
True “Tip" speed is computed with the combined X Y & Z moves resulting in consistent bead width regardless of the motion path geometry.
Bright LCD Display
Real time machine status includes batch counter, cycle timer, % of completion & dozens of other functions.
Simple operator Touchpad
The 16 key touchpad provides the intuitive operator interface along with one touch functions for easy operation.
Embedded Control System
With built-in digital valve controller. No bulky PC, expensive handheld or fussy pendant is required for setup or operation.
Unlimited Program Size and Storage
The included Compact Flash Card stores all job files, setup parameters etc. File size and storage is limited only by it’s capacity. No limits to program size.
